Pittsburgh, PA. OPTIMUM Power Technology is making available for general release version 1.0 of it's newest product: DoEOPTIMIZER. DoEOPTIMIZER is a Design of Experiments optimization tool that installs as an Excel plug-in and is the culmination of a decade of our own design optimization research.
With suggestions from our Beta download program, Version
1.0 of DoEOPTIMIZER adds many enhancements and improvements to both the
user interface and to core functionality, including the ability to run
user macros per iteration, the ability to save database results directly
into the spreadsheet and the support of constraints.
Our mission is to put the power of DOE into the hands of
engineers without the need to understand the complex DOE methods and
strategies inherent in other DOE products. With it's intuitive
user interface, and a robust set of proprietary DOE, optimization,
and genetic algorithms, the DoEOPTIMIZER is an essential for every
engineer's workstation. optimization tools.
ANSYS Optimization: In cooperation
with ANSYS, OPTIMUM have created a special version of DoEOPTIMIZER
that works with ANSYS' WBExcel Parameter Manager interface.
Now, complex ANSYS models can be optimized via Excel and the
DoEOPTIMIZER plugin.
